Narrative awards the $4,000 Narrative Prize annually for the best short story, novel excerpt, poem, one-act play, graphic story, or work of literary nonfiction that a new or emerging writer publishes in Narrative. Narrative magazine is accepting fiction and nonfiction submissions for its winter 2015 story contest. The contest deadline is March 31, 2015, at midnight (PDT). Contest entrants may submit their work for a $22 fee, which includes three months of complimentary access to Narrative Backstage.
