AmeriCorps and Northwestern Settlement are searching for individuals for two of their summer positions. Descriptions below:

• AmeriCorps Member Camp Counselor (Seasonal June 29-Aug 16; Living Stipend and Education Award) – This position is only available for current students as it includes an education award. The Junior AmeriCorps members will be in charge of working with the campers on devising/producing their production. They will supervise campers and lead daily activities, working closely with Teaching Artists to design and implement lesson plans.
• Co-Lead Teaching Artist(seasonal, 30/hr (June 29-Aug.16) +$500 planning stipend before camp starts) – Co Lead Teaching Artists plan and implement all programming during the day for an ensemble of 30 students ages 9-14. Through drama activities, discussions and field trips, Trailblazer Campers will devise their own performance to present at the end of the 7 weeks. Teaching Artists guide this process along.
