This anthology seeks to bring together the magic of the Tarot, photography and poetry. They are looking for 78 poets to create original poems in response to a Tarot card they are assigned. If you decide to participate in the project, you will be assigned a Tarot card, and you will craft a poem in response to this card: however you’d like to interpret it, or your relationship with it. The only restriction on your poem is that it must be no longer than 20 lines. After all poems are submitted, our collaborating photographer, Katrin Albert  (http://www.katrinalbert.com/photography/) will be creating original photographs in response to each of the cards and your poems. The anthology will be published in print with select works available online with their companion images. There will also be a poem-only edition available.

 

Each poet will receive a small honorarium upon publication. In addition, they are planning to organize several readings throughout the US as well as at AWP 2020.
