Reunion is seeking fresh, well crafted, professional quality work from across the nation to publish in their large format annual publication. Send in submissions online. Find further details below:
- Fiction: one story, up to 5,000 words
- Poetry: 3-5 poems. Longer poems will be considered, but shorter are preferable. Please submit as one document
- Creative nonfiction: up to 5,00 words
- Also accepting submissions of translations, drama, and the visual arts

For over two decades, Reunion: The Dallas Review (formerly Sojourn) has been dedicated to finding and publishing exceptional examples of previously unpublished short fiction, drama, visual art, poetry, translation work, non-fiction, and interviews. Published annually each fall, our mission remains cultivating the arts community in Dallas, Texas, and promoting the work of talented writers and artists both locally and across the globe.
Reunion publishes both seasoned writers alongside newer writers. Our readers and editors have eclectic tastes. We encourage you to read our submission guidelines, look over our past issues, and online samples for an idea of what we generally publish.
