Fictitious: Where Fiction Meets Improv , a unique online literary journal and show hosted by iO, is seeking submissions.

Fictitious is accepting rolling submissions for short pieces of comedic fiction. Once selected, authors will be invited to read their piece at a live show at iO Chicago that takes place every fourth Wednesday of the month. Performed pieces can only be 1-3 pages, but longer stories will be considered for the online journal.

At the show, selected authors will read their work and a group of iO improvisers will then improvise within their literary world. There is no submission fee and submissions can be in PDF or Word format.
