DePaul Alumni Sharing Knowledge is eager to toast the end of the school year with the last ASK Networking Breakfast of the academic year.

ASK Networking Breakfast: 21st Century Skills in the Workplace is taking place on Tuesday, June 11th, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the Loop Campus, DPC, 11th Floor, DePaul Club.

“Back in the day, we used to do that by hand.”

Continuous innovation in technology has enhanced our work processes across job functions.  What used to take days now only takes minutes.  What used to require five people, now only requires one.  With easy access to abundant information and rapid changes in tools, “tech-savvy” is a quality that is no longer reserved for IT professionals nor the “young ones.”  No matter what your age or discipline is, your world of work is evolving.

How are employer expectations changing in response to these innovations?  What skills should you build to stay competitive in the modern workplace?

Join us at the ASK June Networking Breakfast as we gain insights on what employers look for.  Leading the discussion will be ASK mentors and career development pros Jennifer Kopczynski and Alma Mendez Ceballos.

Enjoy light breakfast, lively conversation, and open networking with ASK mentors, alumni professionals, and students.

ASK Networking Breakfasts are open to all DePaul students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
